San Francisco Achievers offers the Leadership Academy program for African American young men who are incoming junior and senior students attending San Francisco public high schools. The purpose of the Leadership Academy is to support high school juniors and seniors during their journey following high school graduation. Students who apply to this program and are accepted will have access to resources and information in relation to:

• College

• Job Readiness

• Self-care

• Social Awareness

• Networking Opportunities

 

What is Leadership Academy?

• A full-fledged learning experience for you and each of your peers

• One day per month for 1-3 hours over the course of the year 

• Access to tools and insight to build your pathway to success

 

Why Do It?

Leadership Academy scholars have opportunities to bond with their cohort members, participate in fun and adventurous activities, options to receive one-on-one college advising and opportunities to take part in preparation work for college / career readiness and exploration. Complete all sections of this application form and submit before October 3, 2025.
