Gala Highlights & Giving Tuesday + Year-End Giving

As we close out 2025, we are grateful to share San Francisco Achievers’ 2024–2025 Annual Report, a reflection of everything our community made possible this year. Your belief in our mission continues to help African American young men across SFUSD access the opportunities they deserve.

Inside the report, you’ll see that together, we accomplished powerful outcomes:

• 100% high school graduation rate for Achievers this year

• 100% college matriculation rate: every senior supported by SFA went on to higher education

• 70+ school-based lunch sessions providing mentorship, guidance, and direct support across SFUSD high schools

• 23 new college scholarships awarded, contributing to more than $5 million invested in higher education since our founding

• 1,440 hours of case management through our Ambassadors Program, where upperclassmen support first- and second-year scholars

These numbers represent far more than achievements. They represent futures strengthened, barriers removed, and a community that continues to show up for the next generation.

Our End-of-Year Campaign Begins Today

As we look ahead, we must ensure SFA’s programs remain strong for the students who are counting on us. Today we officially launch our End-of-Year Campaign, with a goal of raising $120,000 by December 31 to sustain and expand our work in SFUSD schools.

• College visits and career exploration

• Scholarships and financial aid navigation

• Leadership Academy sessions and workforce development

• Mentorship for scholars navigating college life
