Renewals should be filled out and turned in every semester or quarter term. Complete the renewal application with ALL supporting documentation.

  • Renewal Essay Upload a short 300-500 word reflection describing your personal and educational experiences over the past term. What happened this past semester (good, bad, ugly, or otherwise)? Did you face any particular challenges? Any achievements we should celebrate with you? What other news would you like to share with us?

  • Upload Unofficial Transcript (These must include Student Name, GPA, Course Units, and Grades).

  • Upload Class Registration for the upcoming term (Must include course name, course number, and number of units).
